Internships and Career Placement

Become an Alpha Sig and open your career opportunities nationwide. With a large alumni network and strong connections on campus, actives of Alpha Gamma Sigma get a first look at job opportunities during the school year, internships in the summer, and career placement after graduation. As a new member of the house, you will get career advice, interview training, resume tips, and experience that will set you apart from any other candidate in the workforce.

“Truthfully, when I rushed the house, I wasn’t committed to joining a fraternity. The rush chairs at the time convinced me to meet the guys and see the house. The lifestyle and culture sold me immediately, but when they presented the connections and career opportunities that come with AGS, my decision became a no brainer.

The connections were evident right away; my first two summer jobs in college were because of a brother in the house, my third summer I was on the executive board and gained unbelievable experience as rush chairman, my internship and first job out of college were introduced to me from an alum, and lastly my current career role I owe to an AGS alum who reached out directly and offered me the position. To return the favor, the first place I look when hiring, along with many alumni, is the men at Alpha Gamma Sigma.”
